Wellness Together

Wellness Together provides turn-key mental health services for students in grades 7-12, families, and educators. Culturally competent Mental Health Specialists (MHS) take a collaborative approach with existing school staff to provide evidence-based interventions within each school’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Wellness Together offers individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, family engagement, and social-emotional learning.

Students and families are encouraged to contact their school counselor or administration for more information about the referral process.
