RFP 23-100 and RFP 23-101R responses were submitted and evaluated on December 19, 2022.
Pending the February 15, 2023 Board of Trustees Meeting Approval - Rocklin Unified will award to the following:

Below are the current Requests For Proposal (RFP) for Erate Year 26 (2023-2024).
Rocklin Unified School District is pleased to announce the Awarding of the Requests for Proposals for YR 2023-2024 (YR26) E-Rate Eligible Projects: Data Transport Service and Internet Service.
For RFP 23-100:
All bids will be due no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 08, 2022, at the District Office: 2615 Sierra Meadows Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677, and opened December 16, 2023. At the January 18, 2023 Board of Trustee's Meeting, the bids will be awarded and will become subject to district funding. All contracts will be brought back to the Board of Trustees for budget approval at the March 15, 2022 Board Meeting.
For RFP 23-101R (revised):
All bids will be due no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 15, 2022, at the District Office: 2615 Sierra Meadows Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677, and opened December 16, 2023. At the January 18, 2023 Board of Trustee's Meeting, the bids will be awarded and will become subject to district funding. All contracts will be brought back to the Board of Trustees for budget approval at the March 15, 2022 Board Meeting.

RFP Clarification and changes:
The District is clarifying the requested Internet Service Bandwidths.
This addendum supersedes the original Information and specifications regarding RFP 23-101 where it
adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies them. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

There is a clerical error on page five of the RFP.
Bandwidth should read 5Gbps up to 40Gbps.
Increments should be: 5Gbps, 6Gbps, 7Gbps, 10Gbps, 20Gbps and 40Gbps.

- Does Rocklin USD want the bidder to provision the service as VLAN, where we build the point to point vlan connections, or will we hand it off as a port based connection and Rocklin will implement their own VLAN routing/design?
Our current provider provides the routers and hardware at every site. They create a sectioned off area of their network that we as a District live in. We in turn create VLANs for each site internally. These details are located on pages 5-6 of the RFP

- Is Rocklin USD open to accepting bids under the CA State Master Contract - Comcast CalNet Data Networks and Communications Services (DNCS)?
Rocklin Unified accepts all bids that align with the requirements set forth in the posted RFP
