Rocklin Unified School District offers summer school to all students in grades 9-12 as a means of recovering credit that may not have been earned during the standard school year. In addition, students receiving Special Education services in grades 7-12 are provided Extended School Year (ESY) to support their Individualized Education Program goals. All general education students will earn credit upon completing the prescribed curriculum in which he/she is enrolled. Summer school credit does not change the letter grade earned during the standard school-year; however it does provide the semester units the student needs toward graduation.  Summer school credit may not be used to increase a grade to a B or higher.
